The policy of returning and / or exchanging products on the site was written in male language, but what is stated in it applies to both women and men.

Product Return Policy

A transaction can be canceled within 14 days of receiving the product, the product must be returned within 14 days of receiving the product when the product is new and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

In a telephone purchase or through the website, no refund will be given for delivery fees to the customer, the product will be returned by registered mail at the customer's expense - the customer will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during delivery.

Refund

A refund will be given less a cancellation fee of 5% of the product or NIS 100 - whichever is lower. If the customer chooses to receive a credit voucher instead of the refund, there will be no cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellation of credit card transactions - there may be an additional cancellation fee for a clearing fee of up to  2.5% additional to the cancellation fee above.

It will not be possible to return products of any kind that have been used and / or products whose packaging has been opened and cannot be repackaged.

The request for cancellation must be made in a written document only to Medical Beauty. Via e-mail to shaycoh@012.net.il

Return of consideration

The return of the consideration less the cancellation fee will be made close to the date of cancellation of the transaction subject to the return of the product as stated above and no later than seven business days and will be made in accordance with the manner in which payment is made for the purchase.

If the payment is made in cash or by check, the refund of the deduction, less the cancellation fee, will be made in cash or by cash check within 5 business days from the date of cancellation of the transaction. If the payment was in the check - the consideration will be refunded less a cancellation fee and only after the check has been paid in full. The cancellation fee will be paid by the customer in cash or by credit card at the time of return of the consideration to the customer.

If the payment is made by credit card, the charge will be canceled by Medical Beauty by notifying Medical Beauty to the customer's credit card company of the cancellation of the transaction less the cancellation fee.

Product Exchange Policy

A product will be replaced within 14 days from the date of purchase, when the product is new and in its original packaging, provided that it is not damaged and has not been used in conjunction with a replacement confirmation or purchase invoice in Medical Beauty

Retention of rights

Medical Beauty reserves the right to amend and / or change the product exchange and / or return policy at any time it deems appropriate.
